# User Management

The audit software provides support to manage user profiles.

# Creating a New User

TIP

You can only create as many users as allowed by your software license. To upgrade your license, simply contact us.

To create a new user, navigate to the sidebar and click the Users > New User. Fill the form and submit.

The available roles have the following permissions:

ROLE PREPARE REVIEW MANAGE USERS
Partner
Manager
Asst. Manager
Audit Senior
Semi Senior
Engagement Quality Reviewer
Associate

TIP

You can update the roles' permission by visiting Settings menu on the sidebar.

# Editing User Profile & Password Change

To update the user details, navigate to the user profile and click the Edit User button.

TIP

Optionally, you can update the user's password alongside other user information. This comes in handy when a staff has left the company and you want to revoke their access to the ICPAK Audit Software.

# Banning a User

To ban a user, simply update their password to some random characters. Check the Edit User Profile section above for more details.
